| - I only put 1 star because I had to. This hotel was a disaster. The moment we arrived to our room there was a horrible sewage odor coming from the vents. We immedately called the front desk, they sent a technician to check the room while we rushed to make our show on time. The technician said the room was clear and should be fine. They also said sometimes its a grease trap in the vents that caused it.
Our cell service/wifi didnt work the entire first day so it was impossible to coordinate anything with our friends, an added stress!
The next day the smell came back and we wanted to throw up. They sent yet another technician even though we had requested to move rooms. They insisted on checking again. The 2nd tech admitted they have issues with the vents on that side from a pipe below the airconditioning. She also admitted cell phone service is iffy. They then finally agreed to move our room but didn't offer to comp anything for the inconvenience.
They then sent another tech to verify the smell, yes a 3rd person!!! Keep in mind we are trying to get ready for dinner reservations with friends. If anything they should have comped our resort fee for our iffy cell service, which they said you have to log in to wifi every 24 hours during your stay. Which we did, but still had no service in our room.
All in all this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I have stayed in Smaller random non-Vegas hotels such as the Hyatt, with better conditions than the ones here.
The gym is the size of a living room. The spa is a joke and the pool is full of single men and women with extremely loud music in a dirty pool, you know what I mean. Not relaxing at all. The spa worth$30 fee with a small jacuzzi and a salt room with 4 chairs. I would rather pay $60 and go to another hotel.
Forget about the elevators, you will be waiting a lifetime, if you have a lower floor...Take the stairs. You also need your room key in the elevator to go upstairs, so if you forget it, you wont be able to go up. Imagine a crowded elevator with people fumbling their keys. Only one key per floor btw. I get the safety feature, but it was a slow moving process on top of all the added negatives.
If you are 20 something this is probably the hotel for you, but even their so called special rate was not worth the stay.
Sorry for the long review but it was really a bad experience. Save your money!
