  • Cooked Goose catered a family wedding this weekend. Though the food was highly praised by many people attending, I was less than impressed with the customer service. The food was served over a hour late after being told it would take 15 minutes when there was a mix up with the meat. They had brought all roast beef and no chicken. Once the food was ready I heard multiple people complimenting the chicken, pasta, and vegetables. Unfortunately, the employees and over all service was unacceptable. They were paid an extra fee to cut the wedding cake which consisted of a layer cake and sheet cake. Only the wedding cake was cut and in slices that were inedible. One employee said they didn't know how to cut a cake. If this was the case I would have preferred that they not agree to take on this service. Cutting a cake is a simple task and how it was cut showed very little care, showing they were just anxious to leave and be done. It was embarrassing.
