  • I called KO Landscaping because the landscaper I've used for the past seven or so years had started to become unreliable. At this point, my rental property landscape was looking horrendous and I needed work done ASAP. KO said they would be out to my property on that Saturday to give me an estimate and they could perform the work the following Monday. I told them I may not be able to take the call on Saturday, but they should leave a voicemail with the estimate. Saturday came and went, no call. Monday I called them because they still hadn't called me. Turns out they did not do the estimate at all. Long story short, it took several phone calls and follow up to get the estimate done, the work done, and even a copy of the bill sent to me. They do nice work, but having to follow up constantly is not worth it for me when there are other companies out there that seem to have it more together. I picked this company due to their great Yelp reviews and their availability to do the work; maybe it was a bad week for them. But I will use another company in the future.
