  • Very disappointed in the whole trip. 1) Tour time is much longer than claimed. Website stated door to door from hotel and back is 5 hours. For us, ended up being 7 hours. And not including what happened below- 2) Tour company forgot about us. Left us waiting for pickup for over 50 minutes. Called and was kept on hold for over 15 minutes. I tried to email and they never responded. Finally reached someone and they said they would call us back after speaking to dispatch. No one ever called. 3) We were supposed to be upgraded to VIP tour, (AT THEIR SUGGESTION!) but when we arrived there was no VIP tour available that day. 4) The bus was comfortable, but the driver droned on, he never stopped talking, and what he was saying was almost completely indecipherable. My brother took an Uber and just paid for the tour when he got there. I would HIGHLY recommend you just do that.
