  • Thank God I found Chris the 'Leather Guy' to help me with my leather sofa and loveseat! I had the most horrible experience with another company (Phoenix Leather Restoration) who destroyed my sofas, stole my money, and disappeared into a litany of lawsuits filed by other customers. I really thought there was no hope of saving my pieces after what the other company did to them, but Chris came out and saved the day and my furniture!! Although some leather needed to be replaced, and there might be some long-term damage that eventually resurfaces a little bit... I can't believe how good he was able to make them look. It's like night and day. In sharp contrast to the other company's owner- Chris is incredibly professional, responsive, knowledgeable and skilled. He was always easy to reach, communicative, prompt and friendly (+ charged much less than the man who destroyed my leather! ) Beware of the other company out there (Phoenix Leather Restoration.) Avoid the nightmare that I (and many others) have gone through (or are still going through), and just call Chris. You won't be sorry!
