  • Cortina Has Horrible Management! The manager Tremayne Long is an egotistic rude selfish heartless man who tries to find any reason to get rid of residence from the Cortina Apartments! Tremayne spends countless hours after his shift ends in his office every night looking at the video camera footage of who goes into the pool area and also the gym. He has residents who are his friends spy in the pool area for him during the weekends then report to him. I saw him go up to a man who has lived at Cortina Apartments for a couple years and harass him verbally, continually asking what his name is and what apartment he lives at! He acts like a psychopath!
