  • I have been seeing Dr. Calloway for quite sometime until last year. If I was just giving a review on this dentist I would give five stars. The dental office staff itself and they way they run the business is terrible and unethical. My husband was overcharged almost two thousand dollars for a bridge. I wouldn't have known until I looked over my dental benefit statement and realized. We had already paid over $700 extra and they were trying to charge us $800 more. I had to complain to my dental insurance and file a report. Delta dental agreed and sent a letter to them. It was a very long process and took a long time to get my money back. They were very dishonest and had to call multiple times and spend many hours on the phone to finally get a refund.
