  • I'm a generally positive person as you can see from my other reviews. 80% of my reviews are 5 stars. My experience with this airline was abhorant. I still remember it too well - it was 3 years ago. The RUDEST flight attendant ever- who after being rude to me and other passengers- got on the loudspeaker and told everyone it was her last day. Unbelievable. To make matters worse, the airline did NOTHING when I complained about it. I had previously experienced 2 semi-rude flight attendants on this airline in previous years- but nothing like this. Ever. If this airline allowed me to fly them for free, I would say no thanks! It is obviously the company training that produces these substandard employees- because I've never had these experiences with other airlines- and I fly A LOT! I know what you are saying- all airlines suck! That isn't true. Fly Virgin or Delta- which I have 100 times- and my experience has always been good with their flight attendants- who are very polite and nice. No savings is worth flying US Airways.
