  • The girl who works at the front desk ALWAYs has a bitter attitude and is rude. I've been coming here for a few months now and the girls who do the wax are really good and make you feel comfortable. They are gentle and take their time. However when making an appointment and getting into the wax bar sucks cuz she is ill mannered and doesn't know how to smile or welcome her guests. She needs to brush up on her customer service skills for sure.
