| - The service itself wasn't bad at all. However, they ultimately didn't fulfill what I was going in for, and they billed me for more as the appointment went along, without my knowledge, without communicating to me what was going on and where I was even at in my journey. They knew that finances were tough for me, and even so, they billed me for more than I was promised at the start (confirmed by insurance). They billed me for a "progress note", and it was hardly even that... I filled out a measly survey! A survey that wasn't even reviewed after completion. The physical therapist called me in response to my survey only to transfer me to another therapist who is more suited for a case like mine. Why didn't he transfer me from the start if he didn't know what he was doing with my case? Anyway, for me, this shows a great lack of trust and transparency, and I thought you should know. If you do go with them, just be sure to take initiative and ask consistently about your progress and what exactly you're being billed for on each appointment.
