  • I couldn't agree more with the reviews captured prior. I was initially excited about the prices - and come to find Same Day Edit was listed as 1,200 on their website...so I emailed them to inquire about a wedding package with an interest in same day edit...and only received a few words response...verbatim - "Same day edits start at $3,000." WHAT?!?!? I responded back inquiring about their online responses...only to get no response. With the "deals" they have listed on their website, I figured I'd reach out again and ask if I can speak to someone on the phone - no response. What a distasteful company. You are advertising these "special" prices, which looks great on paper, but your customer service is terrible. I hope you don't respond with a "you're not in the system" comment, I have all supporting emails / test messages to support this.
