  • I've tried all the nail salons around Harrisburg, Charlotte, and Concord... and NOA has the hands down best pedicures. They are amazing and very reasoably priced. All the workers are so kind, and they interact with you like theyve known you forever. I cant say about other services, because i go somewhere else for gel manis and wax (just have all my life), but the pedis are great!
