This is an amazing gym for people that want a no-frills type of gym.
Pros
To correct a previous review there are 3 deadlift/squat racks.
The cheapest gym in Toronto and multiple locations in the GTA.
Fit4less will significantly change the gym industry so try them out!
Young crowd 20-30's mainly, could be good or bad depending on your age.
There ia a 'drop' buzzer, if you drop weights on the floor too hard it will ring. As a result people don't drop weights as much :)
Cons
Annoying dinging sound every 45 seconds, this is part of a timing system for HIIT
Only 2 individual change rooms, so you sometimes need to wait.
The showers are tiny, the largest one is the handicapped one.
No towel service.
Yes no water fountains, it's a letdown when a gym tries to sell you water. They should install a fountain, this is a basic expectation for a gym. What are they going to sell next, light and air?
1 year commitment, not a fan of commitment so definitely try before you buy. Goodlife has a history of charging your credit card after cancellation and hidden charges.

Protip - Parking is validated, bring the parking stub and scan it at the front.
Every Thur is free for new members to try. Last Thur of each month free pizza, which is an unusual food choice.
Damage $10/month
