  • My wife's biggest fears were realized about dropping off our infant daughter at daycare before her first week of going back to work was over. The SECOND day we dropped her off was a practice run for us. My wife picked her up after 5 hours. She didn't realize anything was wrong until she changed her at home. She had her same diaper on that we dropped her off in. We know this because we gave them honest company diapers with the crazy prints. She wears target diapers otherwise. The owner did watch the tape and wrote up the staff. On Friday my wife got off work early and was stunned to see only one staff member in a room full of infants!!!! She stayed several minutes to see if the other person came in. They used the same nipples on her bottles. They mixed her breastmilk together. She called the owner. She was very apologetic at first, but became very rude as my wife was describing the horrible experience. We went back later to pull our daughter out. Blanca was very understanding. I could see the owner in the back when we first came in and she disappeared. I understand that when you first sign up it says all money is not refundable. We paid 3 weeks out. You think after what happened they would be understanding and refund at least the extra week we paid. NOPE! As far as I see it they stole our money because they did not hold up to their end of the deal. We will be contacting the relevant authorities to notify them of our experience. They violated health and safety codes.
