  • One star doesn't even cut it. Not worth the premium to stay at the ritz. Service has gone down hill. Server in the bar was our only highlight of our stay. Breakfast was overlooked. Service staff unresponsive until it was time to get the check. Toast was cold. We asked 4 times for butter. The drapery smells old and dingy. Don't sit next to it. We won't be back.
