  • As far as neighborhood restaurants go, Dilworth Grille is one of the best casual spots to visit. Here's why... 1. The atmosphere is lively and fun! Great place to catch a game with friends, or come by yourself and make new friends as you're bonding over football. 2. The drink selection is pretty solid. Bonus that I can get a mimosa on a Sunday and not be judged for not having a beer. 3. The food is very good. This isn't gourmet by any means. For a casual restaurant, their food gets two thumbs up. Not only is the food quality good, but they have a great menu that has something for everyone. The wings have a few interesting sauces. The salads are a large portion and fresh. The sandwiches are super yummy. Prices are reasonable. The parking can be a bit crazy. If you're going to spend the afternoon day drinking on a Sunday, I would take an Uber and get there early. This place gets really popular right before a Panthers game! Good thing for the outside patio seating and plenty of TVs.
