  • ABORT! ABORT! Stop what you are doing and book someplace else! This hotel and Casino is a mess! We booked our room here because how much time do you actually spend in your room when you are in Vegas? Bad idea! We will pay more next time to have a more comfortable and clean room! Out dated and damaged carpet, walls, furniture and lamps. Hallways were damaged and haven't seen fresh paint in years. Outlets missing panels and lights out in the halls. After we arrived we noticed all of this but figured we would try to make the best of it. Well, I personally needed a shower after the day of travel and we had NO hot water!! After I showered I asked the front desk about the water and they said no one had complained. I said well I am so please help. They told me that they are having pipes fixed and we should have hot water by morning. WRONG! So I asked about it the next day and they said that as long as they provide a decent water temp then I have nothing to worry about. I can't believe we were charged a resort fee for this place!!! The staff is uninformed about the majority of what they even have in their own hotel and casino. We spent most of our time away from the Flamingo. Unfortunately we bought Concert tickets for one evening and we didn't notice that they were print out only. So we went to the concierge and asked if they could print out the tickets and that they would charge us to print. I asked what the change was for and they said a fee to print tickets. So I asked what the resort fee was for then if I have to print tickets? She said we would have to speak to a manager. Guess who didn't come out to speak with us??? The manager!!! Totally disgusting, a total disaster and a terrible time at the Flamingo.
