  • This is the worst shopping center I've ever visited. It was advertised as three levels of stores but there's no flagship or department store to be had. And there's not a decent clothing or shoe store in the whole place. I walked around for 20 minutes and found no store worth even entering. I then tried to walk outside to find something to salvage the price of parking and only saw workers heading home, and presumably away from downtown, for the day. It made me sad for Cleveland.
