Debated between 2 or 3 stars... i travel to vegas very often so I'm pretty familiar with the hotels. This was our first time stay here. I really wanted to love this hotel but a few things prevented that from this stay. 2 stars for great customer service an allowing us to check in early, all the workers I encountered were very friendly our room was clean and very nice an updated. We got the "cabana poolside room" (& also 2 basic rooms) not sure why they included cabana in the name bcuz a cabana doesn't come with the room and our room was off in the corner away from the pool. An the cabanas are right next to the pool. It's a very nice room with a patio though. Also you can only connect 2 devices to the WiFi i think minimum should be at least 4. The reception in this hotel is not the greatest even when your connected to WiFi. And only 2 of the plugs in our room would charge our phones. 1 in bathroom and one by tge couch. Also yes parking does suck very packed an tight squeeze for my suv so we didn't leave unless we had to. Thankfully we didn't experience the floods since weather was nice that day but on our last day there it was a little cloudy but that didn't stop us we still were in the pool until they made us leave they ended up closing the pool area nearly 3 hours early so that also sucked since I payed over $350 a night for my room. Other than that hotel was pretty nice we had a blast. I would probably stay here again. Also we loved the d.j they had on our 1st day but the 2nd day they played the hotels play list an it absolutely sucked lol. An i love they don't allow kids at the pool!!!!
