We were looking for a reasonably priced option to staying along the strip.
This accommodation is a few kilometres down Tropicana from the strip, but traffic along Tropicana is good so it's only a few minutes drive.
If you plan to stay here, I would definitely recommend having a car rental as the free shuttle isn't so convenient. It shuts down around 1 to 130 from downtown. This is Vegas! Who goes home at 1:30?
Well I guess Uber and taxis are also an option. But there goes the savings from staying off the strip.
Although I hate resort fees which every place in Las Vegas seems to charge now. The resort fees here are reasonable by comparison.
They do have some special features like popcorn nights, etc.
The pool is nice and there's always a shady spot which is welcome in 120° weather.
Our room was clean and comfortable but the only hiccup is the lock on the door won't work when the sun is shining on it. We had to hold a pack of ice against the lock to get into a room and that seem to be the only option. No help from the staff except A free bag of ice.
I would definitely return as long as the prices stay as reasonable as I was able to secure.
