This space is definitely beautiful and breathes new life to the area. However, I would not recommend dining here - the food was bland, overpriced and the service was awful.
I was there today to celebrate a friend's birthday.
My friend has Celiac and I am intolerant to wheat. We both mentioned this to our server at the beginning to see what our options were. Both of our orders arrived with toast on them. Especially for her, the food was 100% contaminated. When we reminded our server, he brought it back in minutes - they obviously threw out the toast and just added more greens vs cooking a new dish.
The Broadview breakfast was bland. Salt and pepper did not save it. It was not enjoyable and definitely not worth $15.
Lastly, when we tried to settle up, they informed us of their policy where we could only pay in equal amounts - not based on what we ordered. When we asked the manager for clarification of this policy, she answered with "Your server is already being nice. Our policy is a limit of 4 payments."
If you'd like to dine in this neighborhood, there are lots of other fine options!
