  • I have been a member since 1986 when 24 Hour Fitness first opened in San Diego CA as Family Fitness. I live in Henderson NV now and they are closing the local gym. The only other gym is 30 mins away by driving. I called the Corporate office to see if they could adjust my dues because of my 30 years of membership and the gym closing. Guess what...it didn't matter to the corporate office. That in my opinion, is poor customer service and loyalty.
