  • My previous review didn't save. But just know that the supervisor I believe Christina or something like that was not very pleasant and friendly, however the two new staff were very helpful and engaging. The supervisor was very short and what appeared to be annoyed with our questions and having to assist the new employees. We wanted more information to purchase one of the massage chairs and when we asked for a pamphlet and more information on the items the Supervisor once again very short and unpleasantly told us to go find the information online. Needless to say I won't be buying a massage chair from that location. Unfortunately, the two new helpful employees won't make any commission. The gift is supposed to be a surprise for my dad. I only want the best with the best customer service. This was last weekend inside of Planet Hollywood.
