  • How unfortunate! This salon is like a horrible bitchy pretty girl, seems great at first glance but once you get to know her you realize how horrible and ugly she truly is! I visited the salon because my stylist works here they apparently all rent stations. Every single time I've been in, which is at least a dozen times, not only am I ignored and have to get the attention of the people at the front desk but they do not tell my stylist that I'm there and they don't offer me anything to drink (every salon I've been in the past, this is a standard practice) I am generally made to feel very uncomfortable and as if I am in someway inconveniencing the guy behind the front desk. I once sat for 20 minutes while my stylist unaware that I was there was in the back, this is not my stylist's fault the front desk never told them! There is little to no contact they barely speak when you come in they never speak when you leave it's generally just a bad experience my stylist is amazing I will follow wherever they go, hopefully they go soon, because I will never go back into this salon again! Truly terrible customer service stay far away!
