This is probably my favorite Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. The food is delicious and truly authentic in terms of Italian taste. The decor is nice, waiters dressed lovely. I must say however, as a resident and frequent visitor of the restaurant it is extremely busy so beware of wait times to exceed 2hrs. In addition during these busy times the front door host staff really struggle with the intensity of the traffic and tend to be really rude, short, curt and out-right offensive. Instead of greeting you or welcoming you to Nora's what you will tend to hear as you step up to the host is "the wait time is....." in the most frustrating tone imaginable. I spoke with the manager on duty in one of these instances who apologized and explained it was really busy which I understood and advised him that good customer service can never be undermined despite the greatest of food. I am a local and choose to come here also during the slow times of day when Nora's is pretty empty and tourists are out enjoying Las Vegas therefore my money and my business really matters. He again apologized and explained he would speak with the hosts. You decide, if you come in the evening between the hours of 6-10pm expect chaos, long wait times, limited seating as you wait, rude hosts and great food.
