  • These people are very rude. I was accused of trying to steal a drink because I had a reward once. Also, on the few occasions I've asked for an espresso macchiato they don't know what it is. Instead I have been charged and then given a caramel macchiato and an espresso. A coffee shop should know their drinks better. I try not to go here unless sleep deprivation gets the better of me. The people at Second Cup on campus are much friendlier.
