  • We had a service plan with this company so we thought of them first when we were looking to possibly update our AC units due to issues we are having with air. We put in a request to have them come out and look at why one of our units was not blowing cold air and to get a quote on what it would take to replace the unit if needed and possibly replace our second unit as well. We called and they said that they could be out to our house in 45 minutes as a tech was in the area. 1.5 hours went by and no one showed up. We called to see why a tech had not come out and we were told that it would cost $55 to have a tech out because our service plan had expired....even though we were looking at a unit they had just done service on 4 months ago and were also looking to get a quote on replacing our system. We requested to speak to a Supervisor....she hung up on us. We called back and were finally connected to a Supervisor named Rick. In speaking with Rick, he reiterated that they would not come out without a fee even if it were to inspect a part that they had originally put in because their labor was only guaranteed for 30 days. Now this would certainly put ones mind at ease when considering spending up to $10K on a new system, but we still were interested in having them out to inspect our system and to get a quote. He continued to raise his voice to us, became very rude, cut us off at every chance he could and eventually asked my wife if "we expected them to just bend over and take it?" At this point we lost it. We will no longer be doing business with this company and will be looking elsewhere for quotes on getting a new system and to repair the issues that they have left us with.
