  • I bought glasses at Nationwide Vision in Mesa, AZ in Nov.2017. I have had to return for repairs 4 times in 7 months. I have worn glasses for 50 years and never had this kind of issue. I just returned from there again today, and the lazy man who I spoke to told me he "didn't have an answer for me", asked me if I had a particular tool at home to fix them myself, and acted as though I was wasting his time, eventhough I was the only customer in the store. He and the clerk were sitting at the counter when I walked in. My husband and I have gotten glasses from this location for over 10 years, but they have lost our business. This employee lacks any kind of care or concern for their customers. Throw out the trash and get more professional!
