  • I bought 6 ignition coils for my 2006 toyota avalon and they were used but came with warranty of 90 days and they had mark on each coil by marker. I cleaned the coils by CRC cleaner so the marks on each gone and replaced them with my old coils and after less than month, the problem came again and the mechanic told me one of the coil need to be replace it. I took it to the alma imports and the guy who was there is very rude, he told me that coil is not his and i asked him how? he said because there is not mark number on the coil (what?) i told him i already cleaned them before and the cleaner take of the makes even the the engine heat, he said what is cleaner that you used? (investigation) i said by CRC cleaner. Then he told me that, i can do anything for you because you need to show the mark on the coil to get the warranty. I recommend everyone to don't buy from this crap because i thought i will pay more to get warranty but when you go to replace your parts under their warranty, they will not replace anything. They just stole your money.
