  • I had to give it one star to post this review but in reality I can't even give one star to this business. I brought in a print job on Tuesday for a funeral on Saturday. I was told it would be done on Thursday. I called Thursday afternoon and was told it would be done by the end of the day and they would call me. I never received a call. I called Friday morning as soon as they opened and they said their machine had been down and my job was the first to be printed. They said it would be ready in two hours and they would call. Since they hadn't called the day before, I didn't trust that they would call. I went to the store when the two hours was up and the machine was still down and my job was still not done. They promised it in another two hours. Of course, now there was no way that I believed them. By now it was 11:30 on Friday. This was the memorial for the funeral at 1:00 on Saturday. I asked if they could contact another Alpha Graphics and was told that they were independently owned and operated. I asked for them to call and maybe that would get my job pushed through. They didn't even have a number and reluctantly looked it up and called. It wasn't possible. Now it was after noon and I needed this job done by the end of the day. They did give me a lead for International Minute Press. I called them and they assured me they would be able to do it by the end of the day and they quoted me half the price of Alpha Graphics. The good news is IMS came through. They had 300 memorials done for me by 3:30 and they were beautiful. I understand that equipment breaks down but the total lack of communication with me is unexceptable. I will never recommend or return to this business.
