  • After dealing with a slow draining sink for weeks, we finally broke down and called a plumber. We were referred to Diamondback by a friend and, although their prices were a bit more than other companies, we went with them anyways. My experience was typical until the technician, Jerry, arrived. We received a call when he was on the way, and he pulled up on time just as he said. He was very professional and respectful of our home. After a little tinkering, I watched him pull out a monster wad of my wife's hair. Needless to say, now that we know the culprit, I can expect to be calling Diamondback again in the future and will definitely be requesting him!
