  • I have Celiacs disease and I asked the server to try not to touch the inside of the bowl when he was handling it so the flour would not be in my food. He asked if I had an allergy and immediately made an announcement, changed his gloves and everyone down the line did the same. They also used fresh silverware....though I know that the food may still contain wheat and I risk that everytime I eat out, I was really surprised and appreciative of all the effort the staff made to keep my food as clean as possible. No stomach issues later! Thanks everyone at Chipotle!!!
