  • I'm writing to give feedback on the service and limo we had booked for my sons prom , the driver was 20 minutes late to pick them up. She arrived and was a little frazzled , she had no paper work on the booking and had to take a photo of my credit card, due to something to do with the owners and accountant, I do not feel very secure with a photo of my credit card being taken. . The driver was also not what we expected for the amount paid for the service,we were expecting a professional looking and personable person. The drive did not say hello or apologies about being late. When the kids returned I asked how it was. The door handle was broken they could not open one side, no music the radio was broken, only water (no soda which I was told would be there) . Keep in mind these are teenagers they said she "hauled ass" drove very fast. This was their first expericne in a limo and they and I were not impressed.
