  • I switched to here because my long-time vet retired, but this place kept me waiting for appointments, lost my dog's records, didn't realize he was epileptic, etc. And, when I expressed frustration, the staff just didn't seem to care. It was very disappointing. I'm not a dog nut and I don't need fluff. Just keep your appointments and have the medical records available...that's what doctors are supposed to do.
