  • On a humid day, needed my hair done for family photos. Thought this would work out here. The stylist was very sweet. Despite my suggestion that we do a simple 1/2 up do without washing so curl would stay in, she washed my hair. She used at least 8 different products, trying to give me volume and reduce frizz. She never even dried my hair and toward the end must have realized what a mess she had made because she then alluded to how I needed "protein" from a deep conditioning treatment to solve the frizz problem. In the end, I wasted $30 and looked worse than I would have if I had done my hair myself. It's a day later and my hair is so stiff in the top that I will need to wash to be able to get a comb through it (maybe...).
