  • Avoid them. I politely made a suggestion about how to improve customer service. At which point the owner became irate, screaming and waving his arms. Once my mailbox was full they started collecting mail in the back room without notifying me. I received one email that said "you have a package" which I retrieved....but the mail dating back 9 months stayed in the box in the back. I should have paid for a trash can, it would have been as useful. Also used their shipping service, the transaction took forever to complete. When I came back to inquire about my package not arriving, I was told that I chose a "bad service".
