rev:text	This very low rating is based on my latest experience here with Anna. To be fair,I have been here once before with Polly who was actually amazing (5/5) and was the reason I came back this time. I came for a one hour hot stone massage with Anna today. She was texting for at least 20 minutes of the one hour, using one limp hand to "massage" (basically just resting her hand on my leg for minutes at a time). Her phone was buzzing incessantly the whole time which was so annoying, but what's worse is she repeatedly picked up and texted back. It was infuriating...did she not realize it was super obvious she wasn't even massaging me or did she just not care? At one point, after she had been texting for probably 3 minutes straight and just resting a rock on my ankle, I sat up and looked back at her - all her attention was on her phone, which was on the bed next to my ankle. She didn't even try to hide it... To make things worse, near you end of the massage another customer walked saying "hello?" She was the only worker in the shop so I don't blame her for going out and saying hi. But then instead of saying "sorry I'm in with a client right now, please call and leave a message," she proceeded to have a lengthy discussion with her about when she'd be fRee to come tomorrow, what's her name, her number, etc.- she booked the whole thing while the clock was ticking on my massage. She didn't even apologize when she returned.... or make up the time. This was the worst massage of my life. I felt so irritated (not relaxed!) the whole time, and pretty disrespected to have paid for a one-handed absent-minded rock rubbing my skin with zero pressure or therapeutic value for an hour... Anna briefly said sorry after, explaining her daughter had been texting because she was annoyed with the weather, but that is no excuse in my mind. It is simply unprofessional. Turn off your phone if someone is texting you during a massage! If it's seriously an emergency, then pause, explain to me there's a personal emergency, and rebook the massage, but don't text her for my entire massage! I would consider coming back for ONLY Polly if they refunded me for this awful experience, but otherwise I would not return. What a terrible unprofessional experience...
