  • Went this passed weekend to order some ballons for a suprise party. We waited about 5 minutes for help before we had to stop an employee to ask for help. When she told us another employee would help us they started talking to them selves instead of taking our ballon order. The girl spend more time talking to her friends & on their phones than helping us out.
