  • I really appreciate how awesome this location is. We had reserved a Toyota Rav4 for an out of town trip. Unfortunately, when we went to pick it up, it wasn't there. They staff recommended a Dodge Grand Caravan instead and told us it would have more room for our Service Dogs. I'm completely anti-van, but it was there and I wouldn't have to return in a few hours to pick up the one I reserved. I'm glad they did the upgrade for us. Not only did it have more than enough room for 2 adults and an 11 y/o, but I fell in love with the stow-away seating. Our Service Dogs are 140 lbs, 80 lbs, and 50 lbs. We stowed the Captain's seats and left the back bench up for my son to sleep on. The dogs had plenty of room to stretch out and sleep on our trip. They even told us not to worry about the dog hair that would inevitably get shed on a total of 18 hour round-trip journey. We did worry about it and took measures to make sure it was as clean as we could possibly get it before we returned it. I think they were so thankful that we did clean it that they ended up comping our mileage overage. I 100% recommend them and will be going back if the need arises.
