  • So disappointed. I booked an appointment a month prior to my wedding to test Tan Envy to make sure I liked the color. I had no upcoming events, so really no need for a spray tan. Susan knew this was the trial for my wedding. All seemed good, so I booked my wedding appointment with her a few weeks in advance. 10 minutes before my appointment, susan calls me and tells me she forgot the appointment was that day and she wouldn't be able to make it. No options to reschedule, even after reminding her my wedding was the next day. Wasted $40-something on my original appointment and customer service was awful. Spray tans take 15 minutes and it was my wedding - she really couldn't come in later? Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to stay far away.
