I dropped off my new, never been worn uniform pants to be pressed on 9/3/15, typically a one day service. I go to pick up my pants and the lady informs me they never made it on their truck. It has been a week and still no uniform pants. I've called several times and each time is a run around with no manager to talk to. This has been very inconvenient, as I work for an organization that requires I wear the SAME uniform everday. Never again will I use their service. It appears the stores are ran by high school kids who clearly do not know how to handle these types of situations. LYLE, the store owner should be a manager and give his customers a call back!
