  • I have been living in the same location going on 4 years now. I like be my house because of its location. However since I have been here I have been through about 3 different name changes as to who the actual property management is. Colony American and Waypoint Homes are 2 that I know of off hand. I am currently under Waypoint Homes. The people in the office are very hard to get a hold of and when you make a maintenance request it never gets fulfilled. I called yesterday about my A/C not blowing air cold enough and was told someone will call me shortly. I live in AZ and the it is summer where it's has been over 100 degrees for the past 2 months. No callback yesterday at all! So I call again today and requested to speak with a supervisor and the lady said I am. So I said "Supervisors answer the phone?" So she proceeds to ask me for my # and that a supervisor will call me back. I said no thanks I will call the main office and request service- called them still no call back! So needless to say you can never get a maintenance request when you need one!! Horrible customer service!!!!
