DO NOT SHOP HERE! I play tennis up to four days a week and have always bought top of the line Adidas Barricade women's tennis shoes. I usually order them online but thought I would give All About Tennis a shot since it is local. When I arrived at the store the young man helping with shoes was helpful but not extremely knowledgeable. They had a redesign on the shoe I wanted and it was important to me to know if the insole was the same because I have hard to fit feet. He checked with someone and assured me it was. I was still a little hesitant because they just felt different and for 125 dollars I wanted to make sure they were the right shoe. I went ahead and purchased them thinking I could return them if I changed my mind. I felt I needed to try them on at home and walk in them a bit to be sure of the insole. The man helping me was aware of my hesitation and not once mention a no return policy. I went home and actually found last years model shoe with the insole that I knew was right for my feet and decided not to take a chance on the new redesigned shoes since I wasn't convinced it was the same insole. I went to return the shoes from All About Tennis, 3 hours later the same day, and then was made aware, very rudely by the clerk that they have an "all sales are final policy". Apparently there is a flier on the counter that informs buyers of this and it is printed on the bottom of the receipt ( a little late if you already have a receipt). The day I was in there the flier was conveniently covered by the new merchandise being unloaded at the same time I purchased my shoes. I suggested that perhaps they should verbally tell people when checking out and a man who I presume to be the owner said "I" should have asked. I will never shop there again and will continue to inform any tennis person I encounter of my horrible experience.
