  • We have been taking our dogs to another boarding location, but I waited too long to get a reservation and they were booked for this past weekend that my family was out of town. I had been following Paw Commons on Instagram since they opened and so we decided to try them out. From my very first drop in visit to the day we picked up our dogs there was nothing but excellent customer service and a real personal feel. One of the things that I really loved was being able to watch my pups on the cameras. It was really fun to take a moment to check in on them and made us feel confident that they were having a great time. We did have a small issue with the billing, but we called and they fixed the error right away and issued a refund. Although we've been using the other location for about 3 years, we will be going to Paw Commons from now on! Thank you so much for taking care of Max and Molly!
