  • This review serves as more of a warning for anyone entering the MGM. My group went to their nightclub, Haakasan, last night. Half of people in our group had our phones pick pocketed. Half. The MGM management said that their nightclub is run by another company and it has nothing to do with them. The security representatives from the company that runs the nightclub said that it had nothing to do with them, that Vegas is a "transient" city and they can't protect you in their property. And that they were sorry we "lost" our stolen phones. The MGM and Haakasan both blamed someone else and said there's nothing they will do to help us. Beware and avoid both properties because if anything happens, they will not be there to help you. Hey, MGM. I see you replied to this with a canned response.
