  • Terrible service! Mistakenly did not read reviews ahead of time. Not only was wait horrendous they ran out of cars and had some delivered from another lot. We made reservations assuming that would hold the rental for pickup. Not the case. Staff seemed jaded and not at all apologetic about circumstances. Not sure if we were serviced by manager or not but the head staff in charge seemed perturbed and was not at all pleasant. From her unpleasant glares to the monotone answers given when Gold members commented on having to wait in line for a paid service that is supposed to be zero hassle. All that kept being said is your car is on its way. Whole process took about 1 hr from chk in to drive off. Not the way I wanted to start my vacation. Painful process...just hoping drop off doesnt result in any surprises similar to other reviews.
