  • Received a recall notice that says parts are in, go have work done. Call for an appointment with Service Team they say parts are not in, wait for letter. I call Toyota to say why send a letter that parts are in if they are not? Dale Customer Service Manager at Bell Road Toyota calls and says bring your car in, I ask to confirm that parts are truly available and her response "do you want your car fixed or not"? Wow... not from your Dealership!!
