  • I'm glad I found Penguin Cleaners. Although its tucked in the back of the Mayland shopping center, barely visible from the street behind the row of shops closer to the Mayfield, its a good find. I had my shirts washed and pressed, and asked for light starch. The shirts came back great: clean (especially the collars), good ironing, and the amount of starch I asked for. The collars came back extra stiff and the pockets for the collar stays (which I removed before bringing over) were glued shut..possibly from the starch? I wasn't able to put the collar stays in, but it didn't matter, the collars were stiff and didn't necessarily need them. Overall, they did a good job cleaning my shirts and there weren't any weird ironing wrinkles like I've had from other cleaners. Will definitely come back again!
