  • If I were opening a restaurant, I would want it to be just like Blue. I love the consistency of the food. Every time I go, everything is well prepared. The lamb tagine is amazing. The ambiance and décor of the restaurant is first rate. This is best staff in all of Charlotte. Everyone who walks in is made to feel special. The owner and general manager go table to table and greet customers. My favorite place in Charlotte.
