First things first - i am currently pursuing civil litigation for their actions taken last night.
I arrived at midnight - after calling at 6pm and confirming my room... I get there and they have me down as a no show charge. Thanks for listening to what I said lady. I appreciate your attentiveness and attention to detail.
We get into the room and immediately see its flooded with water. Back to the desk I go... once I get there she acts completely stupid. Runs through her reservations and says the room next door is open to move into. We walk to the room next door, open the door... waters flooded all the way to the door. Awesome! Y'all charge $120 a night but can't get your plumbing together. Oh well. That's another complaint in itself.
Well what happens next? She disappears... comes back and says we need to leave. She doesn't offer helping locating another room... knowing well I have a small child with me. She asks for the key back and tells us we should receive a refund. (SHOULD)... well see if that happens.
The moral of this story... as we drove around for two hours trying to find a hotel.... don't trust motel 6. They won't help you out with anything and they'll kick you AND your small child out with no regards or compassion.
The only room available at that time was a $538 at the Hyatt. You'll be reimbursing me on those expenses and answering my attorney. Thanks Motel 6!
